Shipping and Delivery
Shipping
Products are shipped directly from the sellers. This enables us to offer fast delivery and reliable delivery (as the product does not have to first be delivered to our warehouse and then on to you). Due to the products being shipped from different sellers in different locations, shipping methods and delivery times may vary. Each product page details delivery cost and estimated delivery timelines (you will also see this at the checkout).
We ship nationwide across the UK. We also ship internationally to Europe and United States, however this will be a longer process.
Lost/missing packages
Original Craft Market are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If it turns out we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
Customs (if shipping outside of the UK).
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
Delivery Time:
Shipping time varies by country and location. These are our estimates:
- United Kingdom: 2-7 working days depending on seller shipping method.
- All other countries: 7-15 working days depending on seller shipping method.
*The above time do not include our 1-3 day processing time. *All shipping times exclude customs delays (for international orders).
Tracking Information:
Our suppliers endeavour to use tracking shipping methods where possible, but because sellers are small independent's this is not always possible. Due to the products being shipped from different sellers in different locations, shipping methods and delivery times may vary. Each product page details delivery cost and estimated delivery timelines (you will also see this at the checkout).
If your item is shipped via a tracked method, you will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. If your tracking number displays “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT” this is because some shipping companies take 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Multiple Item deliveries:
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages. For example, if you buy different items from more than one seller.
